Job summary

Bella Multifamily, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Albuquerque, NM community. You will oversee leasing activity, rent collection, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms while managing on-site staff and vendor relations.

You will also oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and reporting, implementing strategies to improve retention and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management including leasing oversight, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, contract/vendor management, and basic property management software skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for residents, team members, vendors, and ownership.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Albuquerque, NM, with flexibility to respond to urgent property issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the multifamily community, including leasing activities, rent collections, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms and community rules.
• Supervise on-site staff, coordinate maintenance requests, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review budgets, monitor occupancy and revenue, generate regular reports, and implement strategies to improve resident retention.
• Serve as primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns promptly and promoting a positive living environment.
