New Earth Residential is seeking a Community Manager for an on-site multi-family property. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and oversee staff to keep the property well-maintained and profitable.

The role requires at least two years of on-site management, a strong leasing/marketing background, and excellent customer service. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet tools is expected. Housing benefits and performance bonuses are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence and update ILS listings.
• Walk make-ready units and ensure readiness for new residents.
• Lease apartments and follow up with new move-ins.
