The role involves coordinating with the Community Manager, handling rent collections and evictions when needed, conducting market research, maintaining social media presence, and ensuring paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs is completed on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service or apartment leasing experience; accounting background plus customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally; assist with applications and deposits following procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history; obtain Community Manager approval and follow up.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, gather signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage renewals, send notices, handle move-outs, and keep software updated with statuses.
• Oversee rental collections, enforce terms, track fees, and initiate evictions when needed.
• Respond promptly to complaints and service requests to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Follow eviction procedures, including notices and court representation when required.
• Conduct market research and outreach marketing; update Radix or equivalent.
• Maintain online presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement; complete lease/move‑in/out paperwork.
