Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily apartment community operations, ensuring policy compliance and a well-maintained property. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgets, and compliance, while aiming for maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication skills in English, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. Spanish is a plus; CAM/ARM certifications are favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA laws and regulations.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff to promote teamwork and maintain timely administrative processes.
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• Prepare annual budgets and rent/collection oversight.
• Review invoices, code payments, and manage bank deposits.
• Ensure leasing practices comply with laws and maximize occupancy.
