Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to supervise daily operations of the apartment community, implement policies, and ensure compliant, well-maintained property. The role emphasizes budgeting, leasing, staff coaching, and resident satisfaction.

You will lead onsite teams, enforce Fair Housing standards, manage rents and vacancies, and coordinate with the Regional Community Supervisor to align with company goals. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to identify problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate actions.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office; familiarity with community software applications.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws; ability to work evenings and weekends.
• College degree preferred; CAM and ARM certifications are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff to encourage teamwork and lead by example in a harmonious environment.
• Determine transitions and promotions for on-site personnel.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections; manage rents and deposits.
• Review, code, and approve vendor invoices; supervise outside contractors.
• Ensure property is fully leased; oversee leasing team and renewals.
