Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in delivering the Gold Standard of Service across a multifamily community. You will help manage rent collection, leasing, marketing support, and resident satisfaction, while coaching the leasing team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes proactive problem‑solving, team leadership, and building a welcoming environment for residents, with opportunities to earn commissions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and lease enforcement per policy.
• Leasing of available units and marketing support.
• Coach and develop leasing team; maintain strong resident relations.
• Ensure the property presents a polished, welcoming environment.
• Support occupancy, retention, and rental-rate goals.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and essential trainings.
• Maintain CRM activity and timely data entry.
• Complete move‑in/move‑out inspections and final statements.
