Job summary

GoldOller is seeking a Community Manager to drive the operational, financial, and cultural success of a residential property. You will lead a high-performing team, focus on resident satisfaction, and ensure adherence to policies while aligning with the Gold Standard of Service.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize performance, manage budgets, and oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident engagement. A monthly commission potential is noted.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in property management with strong financial, leasing, marketing, and resident relations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage systems.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, OSHA and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and drive occupancy and rental income while controlling expenses.
• Prepare and report payroll, rent, delinquency, and other financial data.
• Use RealPage and other systems to track performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead weekly team meetings and coach team members for growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety codes, and local ordinances.
• Oversee leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals; maintain high occupancy and brand standards.
• Coordinate with leaders and departments to implement improvement plans.
