GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in delivering exceptional service across our residential communities. You’ll drive leasing, marketing, and tenant relations, oversee rent collection, and help manage budgets and reports while coaching a leasing team.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, a baseline of property management knowledge, and a commitment to Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection processes and lease management.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy.
• Lead and coach leasing team; manage training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliant operations with leases, safety standards, and regulations.
• Maintain a guest-ready leasing office and professional property representation.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on initiatives and reporting.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and track occupancy, retention, and revenue.
