Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in daily operations and financial reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Process invoices, deposits, and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendor management to ensure property standards.
• Engage residents and build positive relationships to boost tenant satisfaction.
