Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills with clients and residents.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities in person to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth check-in.
• Design and implement offsite marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Maintain property appearance and report issues.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and resolve concerns.
