Responsibilities

• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and minimizing vacancy loss.
• Supervise a team of leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee turnover process including inspections and make-ready requirements.
• Analyze site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation standards of sales and leasing models.
• Improve NOI through revenue optimization and expense controls.
• Review financial statements and supervise accounts payable.
• Administer tenant leases and enforce lease terms; communicate with tenants.
• Prepare budgets and report monthly/quarterly to owners.
• Perform property inspections and address emergency maintenance.
• Manage third-party vendors and bid processes.
• Complete other tasks as directed.
