Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support planning community events, engage in on- and off-campus activities, and service prospective residents to meet goals set by the Community Manager.

The role requires an outgoing leader who can coordinate vendors, manage monthly events, support housing fairs, and assist in social media campaigns while adhering to company policies. Position reports to the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis
• Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal
• Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors
• Organize and manage monthly resident events
• Organize and manage monthly marketing events
• Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence
• Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Assist in roommate placement and matching
• Participate in all move‑in related activities
• Manage time efficiently and effectively
• Assist in collecting rents, security deposits, and other income
• Operate marketing activities within the marketing budget
• Provide documentation/receipts for all company purchases
• Co‑Facilitate annual Leasing Training
• Assist in tracking Leasing Ambassador performance through lease audits
• Understand the needs and expectations of prospective residents, clients, and vendors
• Develop a sense of community among prospective residents and staff
• Maintain active and effective communication with prospective residents, parents, and university personnel
• Represent the community and Landmark Properties in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events and activities
• Assist future residents in mediation conflicts
• Assist in keeping the community clean by surveying common areas and reporting concerns
