The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant to support daily property operations under the Community Manager, delivering excellent customer service and handling administrative duties to create a quality living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include maximizing revenue, monitoring rent collection, maintaining Yardi data, leasing support, renewals, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations, while coordinating resident events and ensuring property standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience: One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field; working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS 42 - LIHTC Program and occupancy standards.

Responsabilités

• Maximize cash flow by maximizing revenue and minimizing delinquencies.
• Monitor Yardi data accuracy and leasing activities for monthly closings.
• Assist Community Manager in revenue goals and occupancy budgets.
• Manage renewals and leases, and prepare renewal letters.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
