Job summary

NRP Group in San Antonio is seeking a Community Assistant to support daily community operations under the Community Manager. You will focus on administrative tasks, rent processing, leasing support, and delivering excellent resident service.

This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely communications, and teamwork across leasing, maintenance, and marketing efforts. Prior property management exposure and Yardi experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in property management or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and LIHTC is beneficial.
• Able to manage records, leases, and resident files with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily community operations under the Community Manager.
• Process rent collections and handle delinquencies promptly.
• Assist with leasing, show apartments, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain resident files and payroll reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance and marketing to improve occupancy.
• Monitor compliance and help prepare monthly reports.
