ConcordRENTS in Orlando, FL, is seeking a full-time Leasing and Marketing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at multifamily communities.

You will handle marketing logs, move-ins, lease renewals, and rent collection while delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency with LIHTC knowledge and Yardi Voyager is a plus; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to two years of college or industry certification courses.
• Familiarity with LIHTC requirements and Section 8 subsidies is preferred.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Minimum two years' experience in property management with leasing and resident services.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Leasing and marketing to local businesses and prospective residents to drive occupancy.
• Conduct move-in orientation and renew leases in a timely, accurate manner.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments, delinquencies, and occupancy metrics.
• Process on-site rent payments promptly and address related issues.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns with clear communication.
• Inspect apartments upon vacancy to determine deposits and charges.
• Assist with resident activities and represent the organization professionally.
