Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a Garden community. Primary duties include greeting prospects, tours, applying tenants, screening, and preparing lease documents for move-in.

Responsibilities also cover maintaining show units, implementing marketing plans, tracking traffic and leasing activities, and following up to secure renewals and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue through leasing and renewals.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activities, and resident data using property management software.
