Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience. You will help with renewals, resident relations, and marketing, while supporting operations to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Support marketing efforts, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies and prepare make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
