Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Texas to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and strong organizational skills in a busy property management environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or property management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients (walking property, stairs).
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies (advertising, promotions, publications).
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
