Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and property operations. You will help with move-out notices, renewals, and occupancy forecasting while contributing to marketing and rent collection activities.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and the ability to work weekends. Proficiency in MS Office and driving may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or property management experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and tour the community is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations and take calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections and late notices.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations and needed repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
