Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing operations and resident relations at our Dallas-area community. The role requires coordinating move-outs, renewals, and marketing efforts while upholding service standards and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in leasing or property management, strong communication, and organization. A flexible schedule including weekends, plus potential licensing requirements, may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
