Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, renewals, and resident relations. The role requires coordinating service requests, payments, and property operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The position involves team collaboration, scheduling flexibility (including weekends), and the ability to tour properties and assist with marketing and leasing activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
