RPM Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases, and promote resident satisfaction on-site in Delray Beach, FL. The role covers rent collections, renewals, and evictions as needed, with an emphasis on timely communication and community visibility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or leasing experience; accounting background is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Accounting background with customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, process applications, and assist with deposits.
• Manage applications, credit checks, and move-in procedures.
• Show apartments, obtain signatures, and orient new residents.
• Handle lease renewals, notices, and move-out processes.
• Oversee rent collections, enforce lease terms, and initiate evictions when needed.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
