Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in leasing operations, resident relations, and team coordination to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

You will coach leasing staff, manage lead activity, assist with renewals and move-ins, and help ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance with Fair Housing requirements across multifamily properties in Albuquerque.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion
• Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity
• Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives
• Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly
• Assist with accounting month end reported, ensuring accuracy in reporting and close out procedures
• Analyze market data and monitor competition
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy
