Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work evenings and weekends, including Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate all information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus events.
• Assist with email/text campaigns and represent Landmark Properties in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive community environment and resolve resident concerns with appropriate managers.
• Perform daily operations tasks, inspections, logs, and enforce policies per the Housing Contract.
