RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Concierge to act as the first contact and image ambassador for the community. You will greet guests, assist residents with needs, and coordinate requests with the leasing team to ensure excellent service.

The role emphasizes people focus, collaboration, and service in a fast-paced environment, with on-site duties and weekend availability as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software systems (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in the lobby and assist with their needs.
• Coordinate resident requests and renewals with the leasing team.
• Support leasing show units and maintain showroom quality.
