Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Concierge to be the first contact and image ambassador for the community. This role focuses on outstanding customer service for residents, prospects, and nearby businesses, guiding visitors and coordinating services.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, following up to boost lease activity, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting lease renewals. A high school diploma and PM/CS background help excel.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in Property Management and customer service preferred.
• Proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in lobby and guides them to destinations when possible.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction via mail or calls.
• Assists residents with service requests using property management software.
• Keeps lobby and show areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Supports lease renewals and coordinates with maintenance and leasing teams.
