Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, provide resident satisfaction, and secure lease renewals.

Essential duties include greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit/background checks, lease packaging, move-in coordination, and maintaining property standards while driving

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Executes leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Prepare move-in packages and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities, referrals, employer outreach, and social media.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to sustain occupancy and improve performance.
• Maintain property standards, handle renewals, and address resident questions promptly.
