Berkshire Residential Investments is looking for a part-time Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) to lead a leasing team and drive the success of the property. You are energetic, people-loving, and able to close deals with a strong closing ratio.

Responsibilities include maintaining a professional leasing office, touring models, and staying aware of market trends while delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the leasing team to drive property sales and resident experience.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Inspec­t model suites and tours to showcase property quality.
