Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales and Resident Experience Consultant - Part-Time (Leasing Consultant) to lead leasing efforts and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, present units, and secure leases while maintaining a friendly office atmosphere and staying current on local market trends.

• You must be able to “seal the deal” with at least a 20% closing ratio.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Be an inspector—tour routes and models should look their best.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail.
