Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property success.
• Seal the deal with prospective residents; target at least a 20% closing ratio.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere.
• Tour models and showroom to highlight best features.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Provide ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
