• Ensure all data is accurately entered in Entrata with quality follow-up
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents using effective marketing techniques
• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model and follow-up
• Submit materials like market surveys, marketing calendars, guest cards, and service requests
• Update social media channels regularly to promote the property
• Oversee renewal kick-off, planning events and Community Ambassador zone walks
