The role prioritizes the needs of prospects and residents, maintaining a professional and courteous approach on-site. You will oversee leasing activities, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and coordinate tours, events, and renewals while supporting maintenance and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to influence pricing and rent growth
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and accurate data entry in Entrata
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents and coordinate tours, leads, and follow-ups
• Manage renewals, events, and social media to promote the property
• Attend staff meetings and maintain confidentiality of information
• Manage time efficiently and support corporate projects as needed
• Assist in turning plans and quarterly inspections with maintenance team
• Understand and enforce safety, emergency, and lease policies
