Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand housing contracts and communicate info to prospects, residents and guarantors.
• Close leases per LEASE guidelines including generating leads, guest cards, tours, and follow-up.
• Promote the community via social media and on- and off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists, model/tour route inspections, and housekeeping as needed.
• Attend Landmark Lineup meetings and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter maintenance requests, log activity, and log packages; enforce policies.
• Turn-related duties during move-in/out days and unit inspections.
