Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or community management is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service orientation with residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain leasing reports and pricing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata and manage follow-up with prospects.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, events, and resident communications.
• Oversee social media updates and marketing calendars.
• Assist in turn plans and property inspections.
• Support safety policies and incident reporting.
