Qualifications

• Experience marketing residential properties and meeting occupancy goals.
• Ability to generate leads, tours, and close leases with residents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare/monitor leasing reports to guide pricing decisions.
• Ensure leasing staff complies with Fair Housing laws.
• Enter data in Entrata accurately for follow-up.
• Promote property on social channels and manage communications.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, and close sales.
• Lead renewal kick-offs and organize resident events.
• Assist with move-in/move-out activities and turnover.
