Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Lombard, IL. You will greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and social media.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, obtaining signatures, processing move-ins, handling renewals and evictions when necessary, and maintaining accurate records in property management software. The role requires at least one year in customer service or leasing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or apartment leasing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and follow company procedures.
• Process applications, credit checks and move them for Community Manager approval.
• Show apartments, sign leases, and prepare move-ins with orientation.
