Job summary

RPM Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and social media.

The role requires at least two years in customer service or apartment leasing, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with Radix or similar property management software is a plus. On-site position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally, assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications (credit checks, rental history) for approval and follow up.
• Show apartments, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; keep records updated.
• Handle rent collections and enforce lease terms.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to boost visibility.
