Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role requires managing financial records, assisting with budget adherence, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year property management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Assist with leasing, screening and selecting prospective residents.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Assist with resident services programming and rent collection procedures.
• Deliver rent deposits to the bank and process related documentation.
• Monitor maintenance requests using the property software and review reports.
