Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Houston, TX to support daily operations at the property level. You will work closely with the Community Manager on leasing, resident relations, and financial administration to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of multifamily property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Professionals with all leasing efforts.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents and process applications.
• Assist with planning monthly and quarterly marketing activity plans.
• Obtain renewals on expiring leases.
• Explain the full lease contract to residents.
