• Conduct property tours, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Explain lease terms, applications, and move-in details to prospects.
• Process lease applications, perform background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
• Input and maintain resident data in property management software and assist with renewals and rent collection.
