Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing the community via social media and events.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Enforce housing policies and participate in Turn-related activities.
• Attend staff meetings and complete daily opening/closing tasks.
