A 1–2 years in sales or customer service and strong MS Office skills are required. Real estate license is not required but desirable; this is an in-office role Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Real estate license is not required, though desirable.
• Impeccable detail orientation with excellent organization.
• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Start and follow-up on documentation after the lease application process.
• Send required documentation to future residents including funds due, resident orientation and other communication.
• Accurately documents interactions in CRM system.
• Coordinate lease completion and signing with resident and leasing agents.
• Receive residents via a high-touch transition from lease execution to move-in orientation and serve as the point of contact for prospects.
• Perform virtual move-in orientations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high degree of customer service in all prospect and resident interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Other activities as assigned by the manager.
