Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and YieldStar preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in including closing the sale and lease documents.
• Showcase community features to match customer needs.
• Support renewal process and occupancy goals.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to improve retention.
• Handle unexpected situations with problem-solving and best judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to inform decisions.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, files, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan and organize resident events with the team.
• Assist in other projects and activities as needed.
