CCMC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead onsite operations and advance resident engagement. You will oversee budgets, vendors, and risk management to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and governing documents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in onsite community management, a bachelor’s degree, and a commitment to integrity and service. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents, boards, and staff and offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government).
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
• Commitment to Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community and enhancing resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align community goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents.
• Build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives with financial transparency.
• Develop and mentor onsite team through delegation, coaching, and performance development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making to anticipate challenges.
• Facilitate resident meetings and foster inclusion and participation.
