Job summary

CCMC is seeking a knowledgeable Community Manager to lead onsite management for a master-planned community. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with residents and boards, and ensure financial transparency while maintaining risk controls.

A bachelor’s degree and CAM accreditation are highly preferred, with experience guiding strategic decisions and team development. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and adaptability to enhance the resident experience and community

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field; CAM license preferred on hire in specified states and required in Florida, Nevada, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations, ensuring goals align with CCMC’s mission and governing documents.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build strong connections with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead onsite team, delegation, coaching, and performance development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making.
• Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and promote active participation.
