Job summary

CCMC is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee large-scale community operations, working with residents, boards, and staff to deliver exceptional service and governance.

You will manage finances, lead a diverse onsite team, and guide strategic decisions to support community goals and risk management. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience with strong operational and financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission and manage assets, vendors, and resources within governing documents.
• Build relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open, respectful communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives to ensure financial transparency.
• Develop and implement risk management programs; ensure adherence to policies and long-term planning.
• Lead onsite team, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and drive performance development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making to align with community goals.
• Facilitate resident meetings and foster inclusive participation.
