CCMC is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead daily operations, oversee assets and vendors, and ensure governance alignment with community goals. You will manage budgets, report variances, and collaborate with residents and the board to drive success.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and program development within a culture of learning. A CAM path and ongoing certifications support career growth inside CCMC.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government).
• Strong operational and financial background with ability to manage budgets and reports.
• Excellent communication with residents, board members and staff across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations and align goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build connections with residents, board members and staff.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, variance reports and board directives for transparency.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk management programs.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead and mentor onsite team and promote performance development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making.
