Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations. You will direct daily activities, manage assets and vendors, and ensure financial transparency through variance reporting. The role requires guiding the team, aligning with board directives, and driving resident engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HOA/community management, a Bachelor’s degree, and CAM certification initiation. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite HOA community management or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days in other states).
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources with governance compliance.
• Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives for transparency.
• Develop risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead onsite team with delegation, collaboration, and performance development.
• Advise the board on strategic decisions and long-term policy.
