Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations and steward resident relations.

You will oversee budgets, vendors, and governance compliance while nurturing a collaborative team environment that aligns with CCMC’s values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and active resident engagement to enhance the living experience across the community.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in onsite community management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
• Strong alignment with Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations and ensure alignment with CCMC's mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and governing documents compliance.
• Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
• Develop risk management programs and long‑term planning.
• Mentor onsite team and drive collaboration and performance.
• Advise the board on strategic decisions and resident engagement.
