Job summary

CCMC in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead onsite operations for a high‑performing HOA team. You will drive initiatives, oversee vendors and budgets, and ensure alignment with governing documents to foster a responsive resident experience.

You have 3+ years in onsite community management, a bachelor’s degree, and a CAM license or path to obtain it. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic board collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management with operations and financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM license preferred or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: lead daily operations, oversee assets, vendors and resources while complying with governing documents.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: build strong connections with residents, board members and staff through open communication.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: manage budgets, prepare variance reports, implement board directives, ensure transparency.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: develop and execute risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: lead onsite team, delegate, coach and drive performance.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: advise the board on long-term planning and policy alignment.
• Engage the Community: facilitate resident meetings and drive active participation and belonging.
